Group Home-Live in London (White Label, 1995)
What we got here boys and girls is a rare white label vinyl pressing of Brooklyns own Group Home live in concert. The year is 1995 and the location is London, England. Once considered underground legends to many, PayDay recording artists Lil Dap and Melachi is best known for their collaborations with DJ Premier (GangStarr), and their borderline classic debut "Living Proof". After their sophomore effort "A Tear for the Ghetto" was released in 1999, their album sales soured and their fan base decreased.Leaning heavy on the thug tip they began recording under the name GHG (Group Home Gangstas), then basically fell off the map. Last I heard, Melachi the Nutcracker had hung up his mic and Lil Dap had signed to Prosto (a record label based in Poland).
This recoding is a must have for all loyal GangStarr Foundation fans out there.

E Moneybags-Self Titled LP (Grand Imperial, 199x)
Released on Grand Imperial in the late 90's, this vinyl contains early and rare recordings by the late Eric "E-Money Bags" Smith. Aside from the fact that the audio quality on some tracks are not as great as others this is a must have for those that appreciate that raw Queensbridge sound. Included is the original recording of "Thugs Calm Down" which contains E-Money Bags on the first verse instead of the later released version which finds him being replaced by Tragedy Khadafi.
